Transmission Gears
We specialize in producing both DIN 8 and DIN 6 helical and spur gears (using the gear grinding process) with diameters of up to 400mm and a module size of 6, tailored for various automotive applications. Our manufacturing process is fully integrated, starting with raw steel bars and culminating in the delivery of fully finished, heat-treated, and precision-ground gears directly from our facility
Transmission Shafts
We produce a wide range of shafts for automotive applications, utilizing advanced equipment such as Profiroll machines for spline rolling. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities incorporate cutting-edge technology at every stage of component production and assembly. Synchro Sleeves and Hubs
We manufacture synchronizer sleeves and rings using a cutting-edge plug quenching process. This advanced technique ensures quenching is precisely aligned with the pitch circle diameter (PCD) of the internal spline, resulting in exceptional spline accuracy post-heat treatment
